Thrive Oregon was started in 2022, as a family-owned and operated caregiving agency. Our mission is to provide the highest quality attendant care to the ID/DD community in Oregon. Our team of skilled professionals are here to ensure that you receive the care you need to THRIVE.

Leticia Davies
Operations Director

Leticia Davies is the Operations Director/ Founder of Thrive Oregon. Leticia is a wife, mother of 2 girls, holds a bachelors of science in nursing, and is a Registered Nurse with the state of Oregon.  From a young age, Leticia has had a calling to serve people in the ID/DD community with her first summer job being a care provider for a young girl with developmental disabilities. She provided support for this individual for years, which impacted Leticia’s desire to become a nurse. Her experience as a Nurse working in the emergency department has helped her grow her compassion and drive to assist those in greatest need. Most recently Leticia has been a nurse educator, helping people connect with resources in their community to help them achieve their goals and THRIVE. 
Leticia, through Thrive Oregon, is excited to partner with individuals and families by supporting family providers and connectng DSP's with those needing support.

Dea Boldt
Business Director

Dea Boldt is the Business Director at Thrive Oregon.  Dea is a wife and mother of 3, born and raised in the beautiful PNW.

She has always had a passion for helping people, especially those in the disability community. After studying Business Administration in college, Dea has worked in various administration and management roles with over 20 year's experience.

In her spare time, you can find Dea and her family exploring the local trails and enjoying the beauty of our state.

Dea is committed to helping individuals reach their goals and is thrilled to be a part of a company that is committed to helping people by making a difference in the lives of those in our community.

Abi Latner
 

Abi Latner joined our team in 2024 as the Connections/ Intake Coordinator.  She is a military wife, and mother of 2.

She has over 10 years of experience as 

a CNA, and other tech roles, as well

as an office manager for a short time.

Abi has a Culinary Arts Degree, and

is therefore our resident pastry chef!  

Abi is responsible for hiring our DSP

team as well as connecting them to their clients.
